Property Management
Eagle Crest is a full-service company managing both residential and commercial properties in the Pioneer Valley. We work diligently to give complete peace of mind to our owners, many of whom are out-of-town. We collect tenant rent and and can pay owner's bills including taxes, insurance, and condominium fees, as required. We also provide comprehensive financial statements on a regular basis.
Our property managers perform regular on-site inspections for all properties. All maintenance, tenant issues and homeowner concerns are handled through our office. With a full-time maintenance staff, Eagle Crest provides on-site repairs and general maintenance and improvements, and will contract with specialized contractors as needed. We can also refer you to outside contractors, many of whom have worked with us for years.
Leasing
Eagle Crest also provides leasing services for hundreds of apartments, condos and houses in the Pioneer Valley. Whether you are moving to the area for work, or attending one of the five colleges in the area, we can help you find the right home. We work closely with prospective tenants to find the proper housing.
We help protect our owners by stringently screening all prospective tenants. We do complete landlord and employer reference checks, run credit reports, and requiring co-signers, as needed. Rental rates and market demand analysis are constantly updated. With over 1,300 homes under management, we know the market.
Directions to our Office
Eagle Crest is located at 73 Main Street in the center of Amherst, Massachusetts. We are between Amherst Barber and the Black Sheep Deli, and across from the entrance to the Amherst town parking lot.
