Tenant Services
At Eagle Crest, we are dedicated to the comfort and security of our tenants. Beginning with the leasing process, our property managers work diligently to make sure all information is clearly stated and understood.
If you are living in an Eagle-Crest managed home, you will continue to work with us for the duration of your lease. We collect rents and handle all maintenance and tenant issues.
Our staff performs regular on-site inspections of all properties. All service calls, maintenance, tenant issues and concerns are handled through our office. With a full-time maintenance staff, we provide prompt, quality on-site repairs and general maintenance and improvements. Our after-hours answering service is available seven days a week and an Eagle Crest property manager will respond promptly to any maintenance emergency.
